Bought a BJs membership for my brother. Voucher had his name on it. BJs made a mistake and put my name on it and gave me an 800# to call to correct the error and the problem was not resolved. Groupon offered a discount for a future Groupon purchase to be used in 7 days. So my brother never received his gift and I was offered compensation only if I spend more money on Groupon. Crazy.

Very easy to get your membership if you follow the instructions exactly as it appears in the email. I did not have any problems redeeming my voucher at the service desk and was given my card promptly.
