Great service and fair prices.

Great service and no pressure!

I informed the salesman upon entering the store that I had a groupon. He never told me that it did not work for "clearance" items, even pointing me in the direction of clearance items to purchase. After making my selections, he was ringing me up and the other salesman said "you know groupons do not work for sale items, right?" The man I was working with then stated "oh yeah, I forgot, I'm sorry that's my fault." The second salesman rudely says "well it says it clearly in the groupon" to me. Unfortunately I missed that in the groupon fine print , and was made to feel like an idiot. They would not work with me at all, and did not attempt to remedy the situation. I guess pleasing the customer is not a standard for Sweet Dreams. Unfortunately the lack of professionalism cost Sweet Dreams my business.
