AchieveFit has LIVE sessions that are designed to shed your unwanted body fat in the shortest amount of time possible while giving you maximum results under the guidance of the most qualified personal trainers. And as an added bonus, we're excited about meeting you!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?

Lots of motivation and encouragement! We work together to burn fat & tone muscle, and that is only achieved when YOU feel like you're recognized during the session. We want you to KNOW that we see you, are happy you showed up and are ready to push you to your goals! Also, since there is a trainer supervising every workout, you're never lost or feeling like you're doing things incorrectly.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

After working at the big box gym for 7+ years, I got tired of only helping the few that could afford one-on-one training. That's why I started AchieveFit, for I figured I could still help people 1-on-1 but have a wider reach with the Bootcamp format! I realized that I could offer excellent workouts in this training model with the same (if not better) results for the client - I was all in!

What do you love most about your job?

The people, positive vibes, motivation, my amazing team, the fun we have, forcing/encouraging people to believe in themselves, the changes in people's lives - gosh, I just love what we do here at AchieveFit!
