Nothing great. I had a pic of what I wanted and she didn't match the color. Stacey had to leave to buy product while leaving me in the chair, which didn't even bother me much, but I didn't like that my hair came out darker than I wanted, and I didn't have it styled as it said in my package deal, AND I got charged extra for a couple things in the end. I was only notified about 1 extra charge.....mediocre work. Wouldn't go out of my way to come back, that's for sure
