The staff at Hot Yoga RTP-Cary-Morrisville have a vision to help people live mentally- and physically-healthy lives through the practice of yoga. While many people practice yoga to get fit, Hot Yoga RTP-Cary-Morrisville believes yoga's most important aims are increasing self-awareness, cultivating self-acceptance, and strengthening the mind-body connection. To that end, the classes are held in a safe, friendly, judgment-free environment and led by a team of diverse instructors. Teachers are certified and bring extensive experience in Bikram Method, Ashtanga, HIIT/CoreStrength, and Yin Yoga. What's more, the studio is also designed with anti-microbial floors and has multiple heating zones that can be adjusted for each visitor.

I’ve had lower back pain for many years now. I’ve gone to a chiropractor for quiet some time and stopped due to no improvement. I attended Hot Yoga last night for the first time and I woke up without a lower back ache !!! I also feel mentally relaxed and at ease 💕. Thank you so much ! You’ve gained a new client 💕
