Listen, you get what you pay for. I was not expecting a high end medical spa for the price I paid. However, as a paying customer, I expect basic mannerisms. The night before the appointment, I received a text stating there is a $18 fee for tax/gratuity- cash only. That’s weird and sketchy. Why cash only? Where is this listed in the fine print? I arrived at my appointment and find that the door is locked. Confused, I text and asked if I’m at the correct place. She comes and lets me in. Doesn’t say “hi, hello, how are you”- nothing. We walked back to her office and she asked to see the voucher. I complied and showed her and also paid the $18. Still didn’t hear a thank you. The entire process took maybe 15 minutes. I was a little shocked at how fast it went. I thought there would be after care instructions or something. You have to ask, basically. But I’m not upset about that. In fact, I was kinda glad to get out of there. As soon as you lay back, you will notice a giant bug in the light. You will also notice there are no credentials listed anywhere in the office. I am not new to receiving medical grade skincare. Any medical spa you go to, you will see someone’s credentials listed somewhere. I understand she is a PMHNP, psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I also have an advanced nursing degree and also understand that it is illegal in the state of NJ to treat patients as a nurse practitioner without a collaborating physician. You cannot even order Botox without a collaborating physician. So where is the collaborating physician listed in the office? Everything seemed so sketchy to me. I looked up the credentials myself on the board of nursing website and did find that there are multiple active licenses- phew! But still, not listing your collaborating physician, not saying hello to even thank you after I paid is poor business. If you want a returning customer, thank them for supporting your business. Say hello when you greet them at the door. When you send a text stating there is a $18 fee, let them know the door is locked and to text you when you arrive so you can let them in. That way they won’t feel confused or lost. It’s not like your business has a sign on the building. A generic follow up email saying thanks for your support isn’t enough. I did not feel welcomed at all.

Omg she messed my face up. She made me tip her before the "facial". The room was gross and unprofessional. She was so aggressive with my face that I left bleeding and awful, burn like marks. This wasn't a facial. It lasted less than ten minutes and I couldn't believe my face. Who bleeds and has a forehead after that looks like I was physically attacked. I should have went with my gut and left as soon as I saw the suite. I got bad vibes and I was right. No wonder she demands the tip prior to service. Awful experience. Negative stars. Just awful and no words !
