Long blackout dates prevented using the Groupon. Do not purchase

On-line confirmation and reservation was poor. Once I was able to speak to someone, they were very helpful and went smoothly. All the staff on the day we went were really nice and made the experience very enjoyable.

Skibowl itself was fine. My only issue was the customer support from Groupon's end. The directions that they provided were unclear and wrong. I tried to email their customer support just to discover that they dont use that email anymore. I tried to call, but they just have a robot that answers, and my issues could not be resolved by a computer. I then went onto their website that recommended downloading the app to talk to someone directly. Once I got the app, the best advice given (by the website, not a person) was to contact skibowl. The number they provided wasn't even customer service. So I had to find the contact info for skibowl by myself. The people at skibowl were able to help immediately. Overall, this took 2 hours out of my day. I don't think I'll be using groupon again. Not to mention, I ordered these tickets in January with the anticipation that i would be able to enjoy the night lights and winter weather. After my tickets were purchased, groupon sent out a statement saying the tickets wouldnt be effective until March. When I went, it was 50°F, there was fake snow, and since it was spring, it wasnt even dark yet. I wouldn't have bought these tickets from groupon if it were regular innertubing with fake snow.

People were rude. First coupon we bought and printed had no date restriction on it. Then new one they put in restrictions, even though we had the proof in hand. Would not get a supervisor.

From Our Editors

Located at Skibowl East, the Snow Tube and Adventure Park boasts a variety of snow play attractions for all ages. The park features Mt. Hood's only conveyor-assisted tube hill, offering two conveyors, which provides access to multiple tube lanes and provides stunning views of Mt. Hood. There's also a kiddy carousel, Frosty's Playland, and a two-story, 2,400 sq. ft. indoor play zone, all of which is included with the price of a tube ticket.

When the sun goes down on the tube hill, the lights come on for Cosmic Tubing. Laser, colored, and black lights, as well as over 600,00 LED lights, illuminate the world's only COSMIC TUBING hill. Visitors party to the beat of music and sport the included glow necklaces as they experience a veritable winter wonderland. At the top of the tube hill, guests find hot food and warm drinks available in Mutorpor Lodge, making the experience all the more cozy.
