We offer plenty of individual instruction, without the high cost of personal training or contracts. Constantly varied programming, geared to illicit results, while maintaining a fun community atmosphere. You are never just a number here, you are part of the family.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
By constantly varying the program, introducing new movements often, and challenging our community every day, we push individuals to reach for their ultimate potential.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Finding CrossFit helped us achieve fitness levels that helped us be more successful in our jobs in the military, and in life as a whole. We had to share this with anyone, and everyone we could.
What do you love most about your job?
We are honored to be able to help our members accomplish things they never dreamed they would be able to do and help them reach their goals, while being able to witness their many accomplishments along their fitness journey.
