Mediocre. First, I was treated a bit contemptuously as they realized I was trying their day-spa based on a Groupon. I’ve had hydra facials before so I know a good value. The technician at this place did not cleanse the pores of the whole face -she just lightly touched on some areas for just a few moments with the wand. The rest of the time, she had you sit there & relax and let creams absorb into the skin. Most services off Groupon are quite decent so I was a bit disappointed in this experience.

I moved to another state 2 hours away and was unable to finish the treatments before my package expired. I tried calling and emailing Helena to see if I could extend the package. I was given the run around by staff and my email to Helena was ignored. Also, I had better results with fewer treatments at another spot in Westchester.

Due to covid & the place being closed they cancelled my package “due to expiration” , it’s a new owner they claimed. will not purchase again.
