Try Kickboxing with Goforitkickboxing. Its more than punching and kicking a bag. Its a full body workout that you will fall in Love with. A+

Highly recommended. Best part of this place is the friendly staff and other members. No matter what shape you are in, each and every staff/member is there offering encouragement and support. The 90 day fitness challenge is awesome. One improvement wod be to add more kickboxing classes throughout the day. 7:00/7:15 classes are kind of late after long day of work.
