This certified personal trainer strives to overhaul lackluster group fitness programs by providing each student with proper adjustments and corrections to help them tone up their physiques. Within her sunny, airy studio, walls studded with inspirational affirmations and an accountability board help students banish negative body images and keep themselves on track, and on select days, Taylor's team of motivating, certified instructors take their calming yoga classes outdoors, allowing guests to sun salute and photosynthesize in the fresh air.
After each class, instructors pass out refreshing eucalyptus or lavender towels to students who wish to linger and relax amid the lobby's calming water features or browse inside the retail shop, and an aesthetician is also on hand to perform complexion-nourishing facials or upper-body-waxing services.
