Was my 1st time using Studio XO. I had a great experience and everyone was so friendly. Establishment was clean. They had snacks and drinks available while you waited. I would recommend.

Appt was cancelled a couple hours before appointment due to a death in hairstylist’s family which I understand. However I was never contacted to reschedule, and they must have marked my Groupon as redeemed at the time of me scheduling the appointment which turned into a nightmare to try to sort out through Groupon.
