Overall, I would not recommend this place if you are not a frequent spa-goer (and maybe not even then). I say this because nothing was explained to me, I was checked in with infrequently, and no one told me what to expect. I had to advocate to get the steam shower (which is just a shower if you're wondering). The shower (which was a bit tricky to operate) was not explained to me. Now, the shower was big and very clean which was nice, but there was no shelf near the water, so I was constantly walking back and forth to get to the body wash. I had to do this a lot because the body wash pump was terrible and it took like 5 pumps to get even a tiny amount out (I ultimately just took the pump out and dumped it into my hand). I also felt rushed out of the shower (although no one had told me a time limit). The massage was mostly nice, but the aromatherapy was just scented massage oil. But I really wish I had been checked in with about some things. For instance, my breasts were touched (over the blanket). To be clear, this did not feel violating to me, but I was quite surprised as the massages I've had in the past have never done that (to be fair, I've only had about 5), and it could easily be upsetting to many clients. I also only received a 45 minute massage (seemingly to accommodate the shower I had to ask for, but this was not communicated to me at any point--I figured out that my time had been cut short when I checked the clock). When it was time for the facial (after my shower), I had gotten dressed again and the facialist was like, "Oh, you could've kept wearing the robe." And I thought, "That would've been nice, but no one told me." She then asked when my last facial was and I told her it was my first. Initially, she was like, "Oh great, what a lovely way to pamper yourself." But then, I felt a little judged when I said I didn't have a facial routine and that soap felt just fine. The facialist did not tell me any of the steps that were happening (including when she put something on my arms which I did not expect as I had assumed facials were just for the face), what products she was using, or what I could expect the steps/products to do for me. I discovered this was the case when suddenly she was doing extractions (which hurt if you didn't know--and I didn't know). At the end she asked if I wanted to purchase any of the products and I was so confused because I had no idea what she had used or why I would want to use it in the future. This was odd to me because I had clearly told her I had never had a facial before, so she knew that I had no knowledge of the process or products. In the end, I also felt rushed out the door (they seemed annoyed that I wanted to use the bathroom again before leaving). So, overall, I'm sure that there are many wonderful spas on Groupon. Pick another.

My facial experience was great. However my massage the last was older and the deep tissue really didn’t meet my expectations. She seem to use less and less pressure during my service. I do not feel relief after massage as I usually do after. Deep tissue. Facility was great and clean
