Perfect! Absolutely perfect! This is the way it's gotta be! I sincerely never had such a great experience with a taxi / limo service. Although I came from abroad and had to clarify everything by mail, the service was outstanding! They made everything possible, were very professional and eventually everything worked just fine! The driver was not only nice and kind but was also a tourist guide and helped a lot with discovering NY. Thanks again for this deal!! I definitely recommend this deal. I would even consider using Black Tie Car Service regularly and pay the normal price next time I visit NY.

First time in NYC, andvstarted off my adventure on. a fabulous note..My driver was amazing pointed out different neighborhoods and points of interest as we drove through the city to my hotel. Couldnt havevssked for a better start to my weekend.

After I bought Groupon for $41, they informed me there was an additional $40 up charge at reservation since my flight was not arriving after 8pm? Nowhere did it say that on Groupon, then they were late for pickup. Never again. Been to NYC many times, worst pick up yet. :P

I had called to confirm my ride the night before. We went and stood curbside 10 minutes early. I called at 5 min past the scheduled time and the driver said he was pulling up. 5 minutes later I called again and he said he was almost there. At least 5 cabs passed by while we waited. When he arrived, the vehicle was nice and we still arrived on time for our flight, but I was glad that I had allowed extra time.
