vibe is positive + hairdresser was friendly. I liked the cut but had to dye over everything when I got home. There were harsh, unblended lines where the foil was placed & the color was so brassy. I didn't want to be difficult as I called Mimi prior, who stated she herself does the balayages. When I arrived, she wasn't there, & it took me reaching out as I was waiting, to be informed of the change
