Awesome.
Used to crossfit with Q so i know he goes hard and he is a great trainer but his gym exceeded my expectations. It was perfect. Had everything I need. And I'm helping someone else get familiar with weights and machines and how to use the gym properly so his gym was perfect because it had everything for modified and normal workouts.
