There were 2 men that got in and got 4 rooms, a closet, and a hallway done in just under an hour. My carpets were in horrible shape, and they managed to get just about every stain out as well as the urine smell from a 40lb dog that was peeing in the spare bedroom!! Courteous, friendly, on time, and did a great job.

The gentleman who came out were professional . They used a pre-stain treatment that worked awesome. The only issue was the carpet took a little longer than i expected to dry. But overall excellent service.
