The salon I visited to redeem this Groupon was out of the product. They immediately offered to send this product to my home and it arrived two days later. Excellent customer service. I had waited to redeem my Goupon until it was ready to expire.

I bought this Groupon and when I went to the salon to redeem, they didn't have any in the store because they have discontinued the product line. They offered to have it shipped to me, which was ok but it didn't allow me to really choose the kind I wanted. I asked for 2 shampoos and 2 conditioners and they shipped 3 shampoos and 1 conditioner. Overall, not impressed with this deal.
