Don’t use this service, go with another. He canceled first scheduled appointment, offered to reschedule and gave a complimentary detail for another car, but then was a no show the second scheduled day and didn’t respond to texts or calls. Finally got ahold of him a month later, scheduled a third time to do the detail, and today was a no show as well and won’t respond to texts or calls. 0 stars.

Excellent work done by Ki'eve. My car hadn't been detailed in years and Ki'eve didn't blink when faced with my wreck of a car. Finished in a timely fashion and walked me through everything he did, which was fantastic, and offered a full refund if I was dissatisfied with anything. That was of course unnecessary seeing as how my car looked brand new and every nook and cranny was thoroughly cleaned. Highly recommended if you're looking for solid results.

Terrible vendor. He cancelled first time; second time did not show up or even communicate with us. Now have trouble getting Refund. Groupon of no help. WARNING. BEWARE.

Jim,is a person who I thought would be honest about the situation, yes I did miss him but he was aware of the reschedule. As far as missing him again that is a false statement I have him done for this Friday coming up buy o guess he changed his mind and try to get a refund but they won't allow that do.to the fact that he cancelled and not me so they will credit him to something else. Can't please everyone and it seems lately that no one tells the truth anymore...one of those months I guess.
