Instructor Laurie is adorable, very encouraging, and fun! All levels would feel comfortable! Fabulous variety of classes, small studio, so wonderfully small classes!

By far the most amazing start to my fitness journey! This is the BEST place if you want to feel motivated and inspired to do anything you put your mind to! I'm so thankful that Laurie has this place for people to come in at any fitness level and feel so confident and great about themselves. Thank you for the amazing class, you have a permanent customer now!
