I only get lashes for the mascara applied look & my lashes were not noticeable. I had to apply mascara which I was not happy about.

Hello Vallie, I am so sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your experience. It is my personal and professional duty as a trained Lash Technician to place the health and safety of your lashes as my top priority. If the natural lash cannot handle a dramatic application, I cannot risk permanent damage by applying a heavier or longer lash than is safe. The volume upgrade option we discussed in our consultation is also a safe option to add more drama without going beyond the capacity of the natural lash line.
