Was an awesome haunted house. However, 5 of us were told they wouldn’t honor our Groupons because “Groupon messed up and put our expiration as 10/8/2022” on their website. How were we supposed to know that Dead City “meant for them to expire yesterday”?We were told to rebuy tickets at the ticket booth and “see about a refund from groupon” I was not going to do that. They reluctantly allowed us in.

Amanda, much apologies, we were as confused as you were. All of our communications with GPN we're that the tickets expire Oct 8 2021. We want patrons to have a great experience, but also need to ensure that ticket costs get covered, even by deal sites.

Best Haunted House in Utah, And I've been to all of them. You do have to wear a mask the whole time. It's worth it though.
