The attitude of the manager was AWESOME! Very friendly and happy. Went there when they opened, they didn’t have a tech because of family emergency, it would be an hour or so. No worries because she was so great!

Oil change was fast and easy. However, service agent put way too much air in my tires and claimed he was correct. Manager was very apologetic and offered a free future service to compensate.

Very professional, great price

After calling to make sure I could get in for an oil change and being assured that they could certainly do it, I drove from the city, thirty minutes to their location. Upon entering, I was informed that there was "no way" they could do the service today. This was approximately 3:30pm. After explaining that I had called and then driven a very long way to their location, they said I could wait for 1.5 hours and they would "try" to fit me in at the end of their day. Reluctantly, I agreed to wait. I ultimately got the work done, but it was a very bad experience and wasted a lot of my Saturday. Additionally, the Groupon states that the original price is $79 with the Groupon price at $39.99. It's deceptive at it's core. Precision Tune Auto Care only charges $59.90 for the service that I bought the Groupon for, supposedly for $79. The Groupon purports to save the buyer half price on the service when, in fact, they only save the purchaser $19.91. Not such a good deal and misleading.
