We are the only facility in the area that offers top notch training in a complete facility along with wellness services under one roof. I have 26 years experience training people of all fitness levels.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
All workouts are constantly varied, never the same boring routine. They are scaled to your personal fitness level, challenging and FUN!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I have a passion for helping people reach their fitness goals and at OptimalBody Personal Fitness, we make EVERYONE feel welcome. We work with beginners to advanced athletes, autoimmune diseases, spinal cord injuries and many more conditions. Everyone can improve their fitness!

What do you love most about your job?
I love to see the people transform. When they reach a goal and set new ones or achieve a level of fitness that they didn't think possible, it reminds me why I got into this industry 26 years ago. Nothing compares with the feeling of helping someone improve their health, fitness and confidence!
