I bought a Groupon and got a Groupon experience. She was too busy worring about her other job to pay close attention to me and my hair. It looks ok, but is very dried out and bleached much lighter than I told her I wanted.

Worse service I have ever encountered. Jennifer cancelled on me twice before I finally got in. She had also double booked me. She was completely out of line and made negative comments about my hair and what a job she had ahead of her. Multiple times. She was rushing through everything and insisted I paid more than what Groupon has charged me. Never again.

I love my hair! I have received so many compliments on the color and cut. I'm normally very uncomfortable with someone touching me, but thankfully I wasn't with her :)
