Construction is going on in front of building and parking lot for unloading and loading bags was closed. I had to haul my luggage across the street to the garage.

Long story short, my boyfriend went away for a weekend and was woken up at 3 o’clock in the morning by the security guard pounding on our door to eventually entering our room. Not to mention they checked someone else into that room and they entered our room as well and saw we were sleeping. Hotel did rectify it but it should have never happened in the first place.

Everything! The staff was very nice and helpful. We loved the rooms and location. So worth it.
