Sandcastle Oceanfront Resort South Beach, Myrtle Beach

This hotel was very dirty, rooms weren’t well prepared and no toilet paper. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee. I called for 3 hours and finally found an attendant in the hallway and asked him if he had any. First night, the toilet paper ran out and we were told to use the Kleenex. You cannot access the elevator from the parking lot, you must carry it up stairs or try to find a rolling cart.

Bathroom was small and TV was small. BUT for the price right on the beach it was great. Got Rob and pool were so clean! Would stay here again;

Didn’t hv any hot water the whole weekend. Ruin whole trip considering gettn out of beach water and cnt take a shower. I was Told by manager Keri Simmons I was gonna be compensated but tht was 2 weeks ago . Been calling leaving messages. Since I payed thru Groupon she’s stating it’s nothing they cn do. Also me seeing roaches I wasn’t too fond of. I will never go back there ever

Everything was amazing the ocean front view was breathtaking waking up every morning to the sunrise and water ❤️ the only thing I really paid for was Parking no biggie I will be Back again soon ‼️ Cleanliness 9/10 Easy access great customer service at the front desk can’t complain about anything 💕💕
