My daughter had so much fun at the party and she loved the birthday cake but the pizza was hard to eat and so she ate nothing and her cousins her age couldn’t eat either it was a little cold and hard to chew. The little bit older cousins didn’t care and they shoveled it in. But the important thing is she had a great time on her bday. Some of the things thebig kids could use Im room 2 were broken

The employees were not overly energetic. The wrong photos were playing in our party room. 2 of my kids got rug burns from the slides. I would not book here again.

Despite the fine print saying you could upgrade if having more than 12 children, they refused and you could only add children at +/- $19/child. After initial reservation, they said I would get an email to set up and send out invitations and they would contact me twice before the party to finalize details. I had to reach out to them to do the invites and by the time we worked out the details(the day before the party), they didn't have the party favors we wanted and had to do our own that night. Place was clean and teens working did a good job. Food was awful and I had to apologize to guests. Pix package (although free with groupon) was a waste as the camera they use was probably the first point and shoot digital camera ever made and almost all pictures were blurry. Finally, after a miscommunication and signing what I thought was my credit card receipt, we left. Before we got home and about 30 minutes later, they called demanding payment. Showed a lot that they don't call to help you set up party, but when it came time to pay, they didn't wait five minutes. My daughter had fun, but I would never go back.
