my parents loved their experience and I am going to book them another appointment.

I have been for many massages so had an expectation. I realized it wasn't going to be in a inmate spa setting however I didn't expect to first be in a large open room listening to the receptionist speaking another language constantly. Often answering the business phone, not very spa like. I had the combo foot and body 2 hour massage. Started with the foot massage where I sat in a a room with a least 10 recliners and had a thick wool blanket put on me. I took it off as it had not smelled clean and fresh. The young women spoke very little English other then good, hot thanks you etc. She continued doing the same thing over and over to the same foot used a hot stone which burned me. Instead of switching back and forth my foot hurt. Normally I don't want it to end, I asked her to change feet which she didn't understand till I said no more and retracted my foot. At this point I felt as this person was not a licensed therapist at all. I tried to make the best of it she walked me to a small room that had a shear curtain not far from the receptionist. She said nothing and left. The table was a flat table with a make shift head support long sheet of paper on it. After 5 minutes I went out to receptionist and said what am I suppose to be doing she didn't tell me what to take off or anything. She told me leave my underwear on and lay on the table then ripped a hole for my face in the paper. I was ready to bale out but had hoped it would be a real therapist who would give the body massage. The same girl came in again saying nothing. I laid face down and she started to push on my back over the blanket. I thought my 10 year old gives a better massage what happened to oil etc. I asked her if she went to school to do this she said she no understand. I said do you have a license. She walked out came back with receptionist who i asked to see her license she said she forgot to bring it with her. I asked what school did she go to being she doesn't speak English. I told her I was reporting them that clearly this person was not a therapist. She apologized, I felt bad for the women and foolishly left $10. for her to give to her. I will also not that during the time I was there I watch to gentleman who seemed to know them come in and out to the back room. Yes this is true! I sent a email to Groupons and never heard anything. Decide to finally write a review when it popped up as a recommendation. Rockland County needs to investigate this place. It obvious the pop up of all these good reviews are from them. As after I left I read others having similar experiences. Groupons should not do business with them.

Great service & great price!

The staff were very kind and attentive. They were very professional. The atmosphere was relaxing and soothing. The massage and foot reflexology was intense yet soothing. I left feeling very relaxed yet my muscles felt exhilarated.
