Fraud, worse than fraud. Went in for an oil change. Used "Supersaver" certificate obtained from groupon (you pay for the oil changes in advance then use them as needed). Supposed to cost $4 for oil disposal fee, the oil change is already paid for. When I am checking out the guy tells me $7+. I tell him it's supposed to be $4 but he gives me some run around about extra oil (my car takes 4 quarts, any extra charge is for anything above FIVE quarts). Then he says price of oil has gone up. And tells me I have an oil leak. My car has NO leak and burns no oil. I ask him to show me the leak and he refuses. But now I'm worried about what they may have done. I give him the $7 ($3 basically stolen from me, for starters) and go home. I check my oil, it's WAY above the maximum fill line. So I siphon off about 1.5 quarts. When I siphon off the oil I notice it's dark. I compare it to new oil and it's definitely NOT new oil. So they did not even do the oil change. In fact they ADDED extra oil which brought the amount of oil in my car to about 5.5 quarts (4 quart capacity) which can damage the car. So bottom line, stole money from me (the $7 instead of $4 owed), they did not actually do the oil change (fraud, plus leaves me driving around thinking I have new oil and filter so next oil change would be way later than it should be) and they added oil to bring the amount of oil in the car to WAY over it's limit which can damage the car severely (even if it does not blow the seals immediately it certainly stressed them so could develop a leak in the future). Sparks in Naperville IL, if you buy this groupon I would choose a different location if I were you. Be careful!!!
