Who are we?

Foundation Wellness and Chiropractic was founded by Dr. Tushar Rawalji, known as “Dr. T, simply fueled by a disdain for the cookie cutter treatment options offered by chiropractic clinics that are only focused on their profits and bottom line.

Dr. T, is a 16-year veteran who has worked along with Illinois’ biggest Chiropractic clinics.

After over a decade of working in the corporate chiropractic world, the frustrations of mediocre patient care due to corporate protocols begin to mount.
