The online menu does not allow you to select a combination of fillings in any one category; however, you can do this by putting your request ("one chicken, two ground beef" enchiladas, for example) in the "additional instructions" field. I've been told that my suggestion to revise this has been taken under advisement; perhaps you won't have this hassle by the time you order : )
