The massage was great! It was not a full hour. Unfortunately, I have to call the manager to process my refund since I was charged Eventhough I had a Groupon for the massage!

I was very disapointed in the service. I paid for a facial with a red light therapy add on. When i got there, I was told they don't do red light therapy, their facial steamer had been broken for months and they don't do skin extractions. All of these services were mentioned in the description before I bought the Groupon. What kind of facial spa doesn't have a working steamer? I should have left and requested a refund but was told they could do some a "hydrofacial" to make up for it. I have had hydrofacials before and this was not one of them. Shame on Massage Heights and shame on Groupon for not thoroughly vetting what they were selling. I won't go back.
