Unfortunately there was a mixup in arrival time. I was 8 minutes late. Then there was another 10” worth of paperwork. For my 1hour session I received -/2 hour. The gal told me “you were late!” Despite there was NOBODY after me…I thought this was terrible customer service for a 1st time visit. Also there was no disclosure about my not being given the full treatment because I had hip implants. I’m reconsidering the other appointment I have at this spa! She probably treated me this way because I had Groupon! It’s happened before! How do you?
