It’s not a large spa nor does it offer all that typical spas offer such as a pool sauna etv

Vince was incredible. Very intuitive masseuse and great at what he does. Very clean environment. Loved the complimentary drinks and snacks while relaxing.

Had a facial and a massage. The massage itself was fine, but I was immediately upsold at the end, which left a bad taste. The facial was informative and enjoyable, but again, I felt pressured to buy products.The woman who handled appointments was rude on the phone when booking. I chose to look past it, but when I arrived, she was cold and unwelcoming. I genuinely felt overlooked because I wasn’t spending a large amount of money. Not everyone has $500 to drop on a spa day. Some of us are hardworking mothers, in school, just looking for a little self-care without breaking the bank. Overall, the experience didn’t feel genuine and if you’re going to outsource through Groupon, don’t treat those clients like they’re second class. Won’t be back.
