Called several times to schedule appointment and received no response. Had difficulty getting refunded by Groupon, as well.

First appointment was so brief, and it should have been at least 45 minutes. They continued cancelling appointments thereafter, stating the move to another location was the excuse. They moved, I verified that with an appointment and then they cancelled. The voicemail now states permanently closed!

They cancel appointments without notice, or just randomly close. I called to confirm my appointment before driving there a second time, and they had a message that they were closing for the month of June, and all appointments were cancelled- no phone call or notice whatsoever.

I purchased a Groupon for waxing services at Yazmin Facebody and decided to get a full leg wax. I have had my legs waxed more times than I can count and this was by far my worst experience. The clinician spent an hour and a half waxing my legs and I was left with patches of hair and hair broken at the skin line all over both legs. My knees didn’t even look like they had been waxed. To top it off, the clinician could barely pull the cloth strips off my leg without multiple pulls causing excess pain.
The waxing services took place in an area with multiple tables kept “private” by curtains which opened every time the clinician walked around/bushed up against them (no privacy). The lighting was terrible – I’m not sure how the waxer could even see if there was hair left. There was no effort to tweezer visible hairs left behind, let alone get the missed patches. I walked out with wax all over my legs.
If you’re looking for waxing services, go to a place that specializes in waxes. The individual whom waxed my legs didn’t appear to have much experience, if any, and the results clearly proved as much. Waste of time & money!
