What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

Cool Cryo Spa is a Health & Wellness Center that now offers extreme cold air cryotherapy, gentle chiropractic care, and massage therapy. We have customized weight loss programs and nonsurgical body sculpting by Cavi-Lipo and Lipo-Light.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

My inspiration is to help our clients look and feel better, to allow one to feel good about themselves, and to offer non-invasive and affordable services to assist in natural pain relief and weight loss.

What do you love most about your job?

What I love about what we do and what I love about my job is that we get to help people that are in pain and get to help people that are overweight to improve their quality of life and we do it with a natural, non-medicine approach. All our services are relaxing with no pain and no downtime. Our whole body cryotherapy is the newest addition and this cold air technique has been just amazing for reducing pain and inflammation as well as speed up recovery relative to athletic-type injuries.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

Many of our clients see immediate effects with the cold air cryotherapy and so we are always excited to see one's pain decrease in something as fast as a 2–3-minute cryo spa session. That is the most exciting part about cryotherapy: it takes very little time and the results are amazing.
