The mommy and me class was fantastic with Chelsey! I loved being able to exercise with my little one. Everything was scaleable and I felt comfortable the entire time.

The Mommy and Me class is amazing! It was both challenging and fun. Chelsey and her beautiful baby girl Layla are as sweet as can be and made me feel so welcome. It was nice to be back in the gym and in an environment that caters to new mom's health and fitness. Thanks Chelsey for being such a good trainer and motivational mom.
