Massage Bliss Now, Nashua

Sarah Rand, founder of Massage Bliss, spent years as a healer before becoming a massage therapist. She served for 21 years in the National Guard, a good chunk of which she spent in a medical unit as an administrator where she picked up a few tricks of the trade. After studying under Dr. Bob Adams at Nashua Community College to earn her degree in massage, she found ways to incorporate a lot of that knowledge into her work.

At Massage Bliss, she brings together unique massages treatments from multiple modalities, customized to suit each patient's specific issues, sources of pain, and number of backs. She also specializes in helping folks with maladies—fibromyalgia, for example—that might otherwise make it difficult to get a massage.
