We booked a cosmic bounce birthday party there a couple weeks in advance, but when we arrived for the party, they were out of the glow sticks. Luckily, I had brought finger lights for party favors that the kids used. I had to ask them to turn on the cosmic lights. And insisted I wasn't going to pay the upcharge for the cosmic package since they didn't have the lights. Also, the speaker system was down, and had been for a couple weeks apparently. I wish I had been informed of that beforehand. On the plus side, this is one of the few places where you can book a private bounce party.
