Received the WORST service and reported them to GROUPON. Very disappointed after reading the great reviews. They use your water and electricity services not to extract the dirt professionally but make a dirty mess. What they said was the result of the carpets being wet were stains they left behind. Call numerous times to resolve the issue with no response text or call back. We received a much better service & price with a major chain Stanley Steamer for $99!

Small living room, bedroom, short hallway. I wash my carpet with my own carpet cleaner once every 1
3-4 weeks. Only lived here for 3 months. Carpets were soaking wet after it was cleaned so I went over the carpet with my carpet cleaner only using sucking to remove water. Very disappointed. 3 inches of brown water removed by me
