I love this oasis! I moved from nashville but I miss everything about this spot from the aroma of the lotions and oils when you walk in..to the cute and super tasty restaurant they offer! The sauna was a lovely experience every time!

I had the colon hydrotherapy treatment with 30 minute sauna package and I will DEFINITELY be making this part of my regular health regimen. It is a safe and comfortable way to detox and keep yourself “regular”. My therapist Star was great!! She helped me feel very at ease and was very informative about the process.
