DO NOT BUY! This company no longer accepts Groupons and will tell you to contact Groupon for a refund. Then you will spend a week of back and forth with Customer Service to finally get your refund. Very scummy of Groupon to continue selling this despite knowing full well that the merchant no longer takes the vouchers.

The gentleman that came was very professional. The owner gave me a price and the called the 2 guys back and said $75. And the owner tried to lie and say he didn’t say that and said I have a dash camera I told him to send it to me. The he stated just pay the $35. The guys did a great job of cleaning however the owner is not honorable. And the fact that he lied and was argumentative.

Great customer service, fast scheduling. The carpet looked wonderful. I bought a second Groupon to do more rooms with Deep Steam, very pleased! I have used the dry chemical clean and hated how my carpets came out. I highly recommend this company.
