Very disorganized company. Difficult to get ahold of anyone to schedule the event. So I was in the process of trading Groupon for something else. Then merchant “redeemed” my groupon without me ever using it!! Beyond upset.

They say we can use this voucher, when they open back up, but when we tried to use it a few weeks back, we found out the business was "closed", I guess til fall. They could have advertised that on groupon, instead of making it sounds like it would be accessible in June. We now have to wait and see if the actually honor the groupon voucher. It was fairly expensive, so I'm not happy!

The tour guides were great. The business is completely unprofessional. Took forever to book a ride. But once again the guides were fun energetic and knowledgeable.
