i didn't use their service at all but they said that i redeemed the coupon. interesting because i have tried for almost a week to set something up and they haven't called me back. so beware and if you have a coupon better try to redeem. of course groupon won't redeem my money, only issue credit. not my fault this happened. they need to stop dealing with bogus companies, especially when they try to redeem a groupon not used! very unhappy.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. She was very unresponsive, made me change my whole day around to then cancel on me last minute. Marked my Groupon as "used" before she even came to my house. Very rude on the text messages we exchange and couldn't even give me a time she was going to come. Do not purchase!!!!!
