What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Swing Dance Nashville is the only non profit swing dance studio in Nashville. We put the emphasis on community. Dancing is not only fun and a great form of exercise, but is also a great way to meet new people. As always, no experience or partner are ever required to dance.

What's one tip for first-time students that will make them feel like veterans?
Come in to class with the mindset to learn something new and have a great time! You can wear your normal clothes to class. You should aim to be comfortable moving around. Wear shoes that are lightweight, won’t fall off, or stick to the floor.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Swing Dance Nashville is committed to preserve, promote and educate the Nashville community about all forms of vintage (1920s to 1940s) music and swing dancing, including Lindy Hop, Charleston, Balboa, Shag, and Blues.

What do you love most about your job?
The people! Swing Dance Nashville has the best community. We are connected through our love for swing dance but we also have many community events where we just get to hang out! - This groupon is for our Lindy Hop 1 class series and may not be used on any other class series that we offer. -
