They were very nice, but I should've known I'd get the pitch to up sell....and the groupon was only for very basic installation. They don't tell you that you might need a bypass, another 100 dollars.

The merchant did a good job, and given the fact that I bought the groupon before talking to him meant that I had to go there anyway. However, when I called to schedule an appointment he took all the details of my car and stated that I am looking at an additional $85 for a bypass module and $35 for some work with the key. After the work was completed this total jumped up to $167. He said that my bypass module costs $125 and there was a $42 charge for the key. Its just the fact that over the phone he set the wrong expectation even though he had all the info about the make and model of my car.
