First time doing a class like this was not sure what I was walking into but found some really nice people who got me acclimated quickly and the workout was great. Also a very affordable option for physical fitness compared to others around.

Amazing first class! It absolutely kicked my a** but that was what I was hoping for! Everyone was so welcoming and helpful, Ali was the instructor and was super attentive and easy to ask for help...I love it here and hope all the classes are this amazing. Maybe I’ll even get good at them too 🤣
