What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The was no other restaurant that has the unique flavor of being grilled over Mesquite Charcoal. We also have Carne Asada for those that love the flavor of cooking with real charcoal.

What do you love most about your job?
Serving our community with a healthy, delicious alternate. Our unique marinade process keeps the chicken juicy and full of flavor not just on the skin like our leading competitor. You'll love Ande Pollo too....

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
