Escape Zone Long Island, Saint James

We had the best time at Escape Zone in St. James. We wound up booking another room a couple weeks later and loved both! They aren’t kidding when they rate the difficulty levels on these rooms. They are really well done and super thought out. We had a mix of kids and adults both times and everyone loved it!!

Great staff, helpful & friendly. Room escape was impossible! Had to constantly ask for help & clues as room clues did not flow & seemed in random order. Some tasks had to just be unlocked. Most made no sense. Perhaps would be best for super experienced escape room fans. Definitely not beginner friendly.

I bought this for a date night with my boyfriend. The room itself was cute and the first 20 minutes was challenging yet satisfying, a perfect mix for an escape room. But after that the challenges became impossible. We litteraly had to ask the girl over the radio for where little thing because we were lost. We had to have her come in at one point because a lock jammed and wouldn't open. Don't buy

The staff were extremely helpful. We had never been to escape room and were completely clueless. We had an absolute ball and some amazing help from the staff.
